Salmon & Pesto En Croute
Our fresh scottish salmon fillet is topped with a little green pesto and wrapped in puff pastry.
Each pack contains one En Croute which serves two people. Ideally served hot with potatoes and vegetables or cold with a salad.

Ingredients: Farmed Scottish Salmon (FISH), Puff Pastry, Green Pesto (NUTS), Flour.
Cooking Instructions: Remove from packaging and cook in oven for 25/30 mins, Increase cooking time if cooking from frozen.
Each pack weighs approx. 480g.
