Our fresh haddock is naturally smoked by ourselves using traditional methods.

NO dye is used and the colouring is simply from the smoking process.

Fabulous simply cooked with a poached egg on top or makes an amazing kedgeree.

Each pack contains 2 fillets approx. 330g
