DELIVERY We use Royal mail guaranteed next day delivery.. Produce is dispatched in insulated packaging and should be with you by around 2pm. In some instances beyond our control packages may be delayed in instances of e.g bad weather, traffic incidents etc. for which we are not liable.

ISSUES AND CONCERNS Due to the nature of our produce we are unable to offer a return policy. However should your produce arrive in a damaged condition please contact us immediately to enable us to rectify the matter as quickly as possible.

UNAVAILABLE ITEMS From time to time some items may not be available we reserve the right to substitute with an item of similar value.
