Delicious Fresh and Smoked Seafood all prepared using tried and tested traditional methods We are a family run business based in Oban, Argyll on the west coast of Scotland. We pride ourselves in providing quality produce with a personal service. Willie has been in the fish trade for more years than he is prepared to admit and is responsible for the buying of the produce, he has a long established relationship with many of the fishermen and buys as much locally as he can get his hands on. His many years of experience in the trade means our customers can be assured of the finest quality of seafood Scotland has to offer.
Karen (Willie's wife) together with daughter Lindsay, then take all the fabulous smoked produce and create the range of smoked fish pate, fish cakes, fish pies etc. together with hand slicing the smoked salmon/trout/halibut. Continuously coming up with new ideas and recipes. In our Smokehouse we smoke our produce in the traditional way, using our own recipes which have been developed over the years. We are continually adding to our selection and welcome feedback.
